ImageWelcome summer…it’s hot and humid, and what better way to cool down and wind off than with a lovely spread of Olivello’s best summer dishes on our newly built deck next to the pond. Please join us for a delicious cooking demonstration while sipping on a glass of our home-made lemonade, sit back and relax while we demonstrate the coolest lunches, all prepared in advance so you can relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour. To get the palate started have a Chilled butternut, orange and cinnamon soup with grissini, then for main course how about Shaved Berber and chilli sirloin served with rocket, parmesan and olive oil as well as Coriander flat chicken , both dishes are equally delicious served ambient or hot. Side dishes include Risonni with salad splash, pea’s corn and mint, Salad of strawberries, pumpkin seeds, green beans, feta and balsamic with olive oil  and Carrot and coriander with orange.  Just as you think life cannot get any better, dessert served is Lemon mousse with a black pepper tuile and a red berry compote  and Pine apple carpaccio with a coconut rum and lemon syrup with toasted pistachio and 

vanilla ice-cream
